  • PayPal data: We do NOT store PayPal account details or credit card numbers. Payment processing is handled entirely by PayPal.

PayPal: Processes wallet top-ups securely. PayPal has its own privacy policy governing payment data.

5.2 Real-Time Messaging

Pusher: Enables real-time chat functionality. Session messages are transmitted through Pusher's secure channels but are stored in our database.

5.3 Infrastructure Providers

Our platform is hosted on secure cloud infrastructure. These providers have access to server data but are contractually obligated to protect it.

5.4 Legal Authorities

We may disclose data if required by law, court order, or to protect our rights and safety.

We do NOT sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

We retain your data for the following periods:

  • Active accounts: Data retained while your account is active
  • Session data: Chat messages and session details retained for 12 months after session ends
  • Financial records: Transaction history retained for 7 years (Dutch tax law requirement)
  • Deleted accounts: Personal data deleted within 30 days of account deletion, except where legally required to retain
