4. Coach Qualifications

Our coaches are experienced professionals in personal development and coaching. They are not required to hold professional licenses or certifications, as our services focus on personal growth, motivation, and life skills development that do not require licensed professionals.

Coaches are evaluated based on their experience, client feedback, and communication skills.

5. Payment Terms

5.1 Wallet System

To use our services, you must first add funds to your Ask Us Here wallet via PayPal. Wallet credits can be purchased in amounts ranging from €10 to €500.

5.2 Per-Minute Billing

Coaching sessions are billed per minute at the rate displayed on each coach's profile. Charges begin when you start a session and end when either party ends the session.

Your wallet balance will be debited automatically during active sessions.

5.3 Free Minutes

Some coaches offer free introductory minutes for first-time sessions. Free minutes are applied before paid minutes are charged.

5.4 No Hidden Fees

There are no subscription fees, hidden charges, or commitments. You only pay for the time you spend in active coaching sessions.

6. Cancellation and Refund Policy

6.1 Wallet Top-Ups

Wallet credit purchases are non-refundable once processed through PayPal.

6.2 Session Cancellations by Client

• Sessions can be ended at any time by either party
• You are only charged for the actual time spent in the session
• Once a session starts, you are responsible for charges incurred up to the point you end it

6.3 Technical Failures

If a session is interrupted due to technical issues on our end (platform outage, server errors), we will credit your account for the affected time. Technical issues on your end (internet connection, device problems) are not eligible for refunds.

6.4 Disputes

If you believe you were charged incorrectly, please contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of the session. We maintain detailed session logs to resolve disputes fairly.

7. User Responsibilities

By using Ask Us Here, you agree to:

• Provide accurate registration information
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
• Use the platform respectfully and professionally
• Not use the service for illegal or harmful purposes
• Understand that coaching is not a substitute for professional medical, legal, or financial advice
• Maintain sufficient wallet balance for sessions you initiate

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following behaviors are strictly prohibited:

• Harassment, abuse, or threatening behavior toward coaches or staff
• Sharing personally identifiable information of others without consent
• Attempting to circumvent payment systems
• Using the platform for commercial solicitation or advertising
• Recording sessions without explicit consent from the coach
• Requesting services outside the scope of personal development coaching

Violation of these terms may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of wallet balance.

9. Session Recording and Data

Chat sessions are stored in our secure database for quality assurance, billing verification, and dispute resolution purposes. We retain session data for 12 months unless you request deletion.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Imfiy BV and Ask Us Here:

• Make no guarantees about specific outcomes from coaching sessions
• Are not liable for any decisions you make based on coaching guidance
• Are not responsible for the accuracy or quality of advice provided by individual coaches
• Are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Limit total liability to the amount you paid in the preceding 12 months

11. Intellectual Property

The Ask Us Here platform, including its design, code, branding, and content, is owned by Imfiy BV and protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the platform without written permission.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Amsterdam, Netherlands.
